(“You”, refers to the author. “We” refers to Love-Love Publishing).
- You [the author] must own the copyright to your submission/ebook/story
- You must be the creator/author of your submission/ebook/story
- You must own the right to submit or distribute your story
- You agree that we may already have similar ideas or stories waiting to be published and that Love-Love Publishing and associates are absolved of all liability in the event that some other author has a similar idea
- You agree to be responsible for all legal fees associated with any litigation as a result of your submission whether that dispute is with Love-Love Publishing or some other unrelated party.
- You agree and understand that royalties resulting from the sale and distribution of your ebook to customers is 35% and that our standard price for all ebooks is $9.99 (US)
- You agree that Love-Love Publishing is not obligated to accept your submission and that we may terminate our agreement with the author at anytime.
- You agree that it may take several weeks to approve or decline your submission
- You agree that we own non-exclusive rights to publish your ebook/submission and that you may terminate your agreement with Love-Love Publishing after one year. You may also publish your book with other publishers during that time.
- We [Love-Love Publishing] reserve the right to revise this agreement at any time and that it is the author’s responsibility to check for revisions.
